How the Order Process Works

 

Step One

 

After browsing though our Portfolio and Pricing pages, click on the “register here” link located under “customer login”. 

 

Step Two 

 

Create your Username and Password… Fill out the information form and make sure to save your username and password.  

 

Step Three

 

Log-in to your account and click on “create new order”.  Fill out your order information and click on “calculate”.  The estimated price of your order will automatically be calculated (WI residents are subject to sales tax). 

 

Step Four

 

Click on “create order” which will bring up a screen saying “your order has been created” and will provide a link to take you to the “photo upload” page. 

 

Step Five

 

Upload your photos…  Your photos will appear when they have been uploaded.  If you have print photos, simply scan them onto your computer and upload them the same way.

 

Step Six

 

After your photos have been uploaded, it is time to pay the deposit.  To do this, simply click on the “pay now” link located on the upper right hand corner of the “order details” page.  You will be taken to a secure PayPal page where you can pay using your credit / debit card. 

 

Step Seven

 

We will begin work on your proof immediately upon received payment and it will be ready for viewing within 72 hours of receiving your deposit and photos. 

 

Step Eight

 

You will receive and email from us when you’re proof is ready to view.  Simply log into your account and click on “view orders”.  Next, click on “collage proofs” to see your collage. 

 

Step Nine

 

In the “collage proofs” section you will be able to accept or deny the proof.  If you would like something changed, there will be a comments box for you to tell us what you would like changed.  Please be as specific as possible as we allow 1 free iteration and then charge $20 / hour for additional changes. If you accept the proof, click “accept” and you can pay the remaining balance the same way you paid the deposit.  In addition, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to pay the remaining balance. 

 

Final Step

 

Upon receipt of remaining balance, your collage will be printed on the finest quality photo paper and shipped to the address you specified.  Hang your collage on your wall for everyone to enjoy!
